Hailing from Spartanburg, South Carolina, and influenced by many musical styles, The Wheresville Project, recent winner of HUB-BUB's The Next Big Thing competition, plays original blues-inspired songs best described as Southern/Punk/Funk/Rock. Passionate about embracing and promoting the revival of Rock-n-Roll, the band is influenced by such diverse musicians as The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Kings of Leon, ZZ Top, The Who, Led Zeppelin, The Black Crowes, Dispatch, Dave Mathews Band and The Black Keys. They are the definition of an independentband with wide-ranging tastes.

On stage, The Wheresville Project presents an exciting and energetic performance that can be enjoyed by an audience with varied tastes. As one journalist wrote, "The growing popularity of The Wheresville Project has some wondering if they could be the next Belleville Outfit."

The Wheresville Project will perform at The Showroom on Friday, February 3rd. Doors open at 8pm/Showtime 8:30, tickets are $5 at the door. All ages show.
